**ABOUT PFATA**

The Pennsylvania Field And Target Archers (PFATA) is a non-profit organization that was established in 2004 for the following purposes: 1) to unite archers and archery clubs within the State of Pennsylvania into a unit of the National Field Archery Association (NFAA) that will work for the furtherance of the sport of archery; 2) to encourage individuals and clubs to become affiliated with the PFATA, NFAA and the Pennsylvania State Archery Association (PSAA); 3) to expand and promote field and target archery and any other archery games that PFATA may adopt in partnership with the NFAA; 4) to encourage the use of the bow in hunting of all legal game birds and animals and to protect, improve and increase the sport of bowhunting; and 5) to create a spirit of good fellowship and sportsmanship among all archers.

Current PFATA Membership is 193 members!
